Why Ethiopian girls are different than the other africans?

I lived in dubai i saw some Ethiopians women’s and men’s who is living there in popular place,i found theme like they are different than the other africans i mean i am not racist i have other african friends but ethiopians are very different by colour they are not white not black all looks like chocolate and Beautiful and i saw theme they are very pride by theme selves are they mixed with Caucasoid? why the are different than the other africans?
