Africans vs. Black American Women?

Has anybody noticed no offense to anyone that african women tend to be nicer and more humble than black american women? I used to think they was no dif between them untill I dated this ethiopian girl and africans in general are nice, they don’t blame race for every little thing, my brother married a nigerian women who is the nicest lady. Is this cultural difference? also I noticed african women are known to be “Exotic” while black women are not. why?
How am I causin hate?
there are diff between european women and american women as well.
just because your the same race doesn’t mean ya’ll have the same cultural backround.
